Spencer Wade, owner of Lift Conversions, worked with O*NET Online, the National Occupational Information Network data collection program, to help classify and modernize technical industry job descriptions. This gave Spencer the opportunity to give back to the industry by helping ensure occupational classifications accurately reflect today’s evolving technology and digital marketing roles.
This opportunity came through his association with CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional), where Spencer previously earned certifications in areas such as JavaScript, databases, and web design. Spencer Wade is passionate about contributing to the growth and advancement of the industry, which is why he was proud to take part in this initiative.
